Khilli Ram Meena

Khilli Ram Meena is a 1993-batch officer of the Indian Administrative Service from the Arunachal Pradesh–Goa–Mizoram–Union Territories (AGMUT) cadre. He is currently serving as the Chief Secretary of Mizoram, having formally assumed the post on 28 November 2024, succeeding the outgoing Chief Secretary upon retirement.

Khilli Ram Meena holds a Master’s degree in History. He began his administrative career with field assignments in northeastern India and has since held a range of positions at both the central and state levels. His background includes experience in public policy implementation, governance, and minority welfare.
